01
Who I am
I am Theo Marsh, a strength coach with more than ten years of one-on-one work with clients.
Most of the people I coach are busy professionals and recreational lifters. They want to be stronger, change how they look, feel better and stay active for decades, without their whole life revolving around training.
Over the years I have coached people with very different experience, abilities and goals. That taught me that a good program is not the one that looks hardest or most impressive on paper.
A good program is the one the person can actually follow.

02
How I started
I have been lifting for more than fifteen years. I studied strength and conditioning, then spent my first serious years around competitive lifters, where I built a strong foundation in technique, loading and program design.
Very early on I chose to work one-on-one. Since then I have guided hundreds of people through every stage of training: first time in a gym, coming back after years away, or stuck and wanting to progress again.
Alongside coaching, I write about training, nutrition and habits, and I have published more than a hundred articles.

03
How I see training today
Over time it became clear that most people do not lack information. They lack a system they can actually follow.
Some people can train twice a week, some three or four times. Some have a predictable schedule, others juggle work, travel and family that change week to week.
So I do not try to fit your life around a program. I fit the program around your life, and we adjust it as things change.
Progress with the least amount of complication.

04
What to expect
You can expect a structured program, clear explanations and tracking of everything we do. I want you to know what you are doing, why you are doing it and how we measure progress.
My job is knowing what to keep, what to adjust and what to change. Long term, I want training to become a sustainable part of your life, not another obligation you can only keep up for a few weeks.
05
Outside the gym
I grew up by the sea and still spend every free weekend outdoors, hiking, swimming or on a bike. Training is what lets me keep doing the things I love, and that is what I want for my clients too.
Train smart.
Stay consistent.
Enjoy the process.
Keep going.
